Please note, due to the light color and nature of the wool dyeing process, some flecking or marks may be present in wool

Size + Fit:

Styles runs approx. 0.5 cm large, however, is a narrow fit crown

We suggest adding a hat filler if in between sizes

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since you've recieved your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email contact@ulahkc.com and we'll email you one right back.  You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment. 

A $7.99 Shipping/Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
