Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Please email email@example.com for a return label and we'll email you one right back. You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Saturday January 8th, (14 days after Christmas), is the last day to return a holiday purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will process your refund and you'll receive a confirmation. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Digital Gift Cards
Digital gift cards cannot be redeemed in-store or returned. In-store gift cards are for use at our physical location, 4711 Rainbow Blvd only and cannot be returned. If you need an In-store gift card converted to a digital gift card, you can call the store at 913-731-6280 and we'll help you.
