These shoes become very comfortable over time, as the natural leather forms to your foot. When you first try on your Nida Lu shoes, your toes should settle in the shoe touching the front end. Some pressure is normal as long as your toes are not bending. The natural leather adjusts itself and soon your shoes will fit like a glove. If your toes are curling down or in pain, you’ll need the next size up. The width should be so that it is a firm, yet comfortable grip with some pressure, as the leather will also stretch a bit with wear.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since you've recieved your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you'd like us to provide a return label, please email contact@ulahkc.com and we'll email you one right back. You can also write "include return label" in the notes section at checkout, and we'll put it in with your shipment.
A $7.99 Shipping/Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund.
