This chain is delicate and should be handled with extra care. When not being worn, we strongly recommend keeping the chain laid flat and storing it in a safe and sturdy box/jewelry drawer. Because this chain is unable to be repaired, it’s important not to twist or bend it or to add a pendant to it. This could lead to a permanent dent in the chain.

Returns/exchanges must be made within 14 days (2 weeks). If 14 days have gone by since you've recieved your item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Items that have been sold at a discount of 50% or more cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
